Salmon burger patties

Ingredients
1 14.75 oz can salmon1/2 C chopped green (bell) pepper1/2 C chopped scallion1/2 C bread crumbs1 egg1 T lime juice
Directions
Remove cartlidge and bones from can of salmon. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 4 patties.

Cook in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray for about 5 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Serve on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, sliced tomato and a little bit of mayonnaise.
