thai chicken slow cooker soup

2 tbsp Red Curry Paste (by LMWST36) 3.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 6 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 slice, thin Onions, raw 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
mix the first 6 ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker. add the chicken, pepper,onion, and fresh ginger. cook on high for 4 hours. Add the peas and cook another 30 minutes
