CIAMOM's Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup 1% kefir1 small banana (about 6")8 medium strawberries2 tsp. honey
Directions
Pour kefir into blender. Add banana, strawberries and honey. Blend for about 1 minute, or until thoroughly blended.

Makes 2 servings (I didn't measure them, but I think they were about 1 cup each).
