1 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 1tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
melt oil in fry pan, Mix all ingred, pour into heated pan, med/heat, cover pan reduce heat to low. let batter cook til lite brown and firmish, turn cake and turn off heat,let it sit and finish cooking 2-3 minutes serve.
