12oz - Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini (uncooked).5 c - Breakstone's Fat Free Sour Cream1.5 c - Fat Free/Skim Milk1 c - Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar1 tbsp - Grey Pupon Dijon Mustard2 tbsp - Fiber One Cereal, crushed2 tbsp - Fat Free Grated Parmesandash of salt and pepper
Preheat Oven to 350. Using cooking spray, lightly grease casserole dish.
Cook pasta according to box directions and then combine sour cream. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low fire heat the milk and then stir in cheddar, slowly, until combined and sauce forms. Once it's all blended, add some salt, pepper, and mustard.
Combine cheese sauce and pasta, and then transfer to dish.
Mix together crushed Fiber One and parmesan, then sprinkle over pasta.
Bake for 30 minutes until it looks pretty :)
