Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted kerrygold butter4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, minced 0.5 cup orange juice 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro, divided1.5 lbs boneless/skinless chicken Breasts b1 tsp yellow mustard salt and pepper to taste
Directions
melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. add garlic and minced chipotle and cook until lfragrant. (30 sec +/-) stir in orange juice, worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. bring to a boil. add chicken and reduce heat to medium-low. simmer, covered, until meat registers 160 (10-15 mins), flipping once half-way through. transfer to a plate and tent with foil.

increase heat to medium-high and cook until liquid is reduced to 1/4 cup (5 mins +/-). off heat whisk in mustard. using two forks, shred chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to skillet. add remaining cilantro and toss well. season to taste with salt and pepper.
