Low Fat Corn Salad

Ingredients
Sweet yellow corn, canned, frozen, or freshSalsa My favorite is to use jalapeno, green and red pepper salsa. Any salsa will do.
Directions
Cook corn, cool corn, drain corn.
Add 4 tablespoons of salsa four every four cups of cooked corn. Stir salsa into corn and refridgerate overnight, letting the corn absorb the salsa flavors. This recipe makes four 1 cup servings.
