Ingredients
2 cups Milk, 1%4 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread0.25 cup Flour 2 cups Reduced fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, cook 1-2 minutes until thick Slowly whisk milk until smooth Cook 2-3 minutes until it thickens a little Add cheese, stir well. I add this to cooked pasta for Mac & Cheese, but it can be used as a cheese sauce for many other dishes too.
