Ham, Spinach, and Cheese Frittata

6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Spinach, fresh 1 serving Ham John Morrell Diced 96% FF 2 oz. 1 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Preheat broiler in oven. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and cheese. Melt butter in ovensafe sauté pan. Add ham and cook out some of the water, then add spinach and wilt. Add egg mixture and cook till bottom and edges are set. Place in oven under broiler for 3-4 minutes till puffy and lightly browned. Remove, cut, and serve.
