Quick Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 oz Mozzarella cheese1 WW Tortilla.3 C sliced cucumber2 Tbsp Salsa
Directions
Scramble the egg whites while warming the tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds. Place the scrambled egg whites on the tortilla, top with cheese. Melt in the microwave for a few more seconds. Then top with cucumber and salsa, wrap up and go!
