Ingredients

Servings:12Calories per serving:102Fat:2gProtein:2gChol:6mgCarbs:20gSodium:78mgFiber:1gSugar:9g)8 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawedButter flavored cooking spray, such as Pam4 1/2 tsp. sugar (or Splenda, if preferred)1 egg, beaten1/3 cup thawed reduced-fat frozen whipped topping2/3 cup lite lemon yogurt1 can (11oz) mandarin orange segments, drained2 kiwis, peeled, halved lengthwise, sliced crosswise1/4 cup sugar free or lite orange marmalade, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Cover phyllo dough with damp paper towels. Place 1 sheet phyllo on surface. Coat with cooking spray; fold in half lengthwise. Coat folded sheet with spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. sugar. Repeat coating and sugaring with remaining phyllo, stacking folded phyllo together. Fold dough in 3/4" from both short ends. Brush edges with egg; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Prick center with fork. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until golden. Cool. Meanwhile, fold topping into yogurt. Spoon into shell. Top with fruit. Brush marmalade over fruit.
