Banana bites

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.25 cup, slivered Almonds1.25 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)5.0 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mash bananas in bowl with a fork. Mix in rest of indredients being careful not to break up chocolate chips. Place in 5x7 or 4x4 in pan and bake at 350 degree oven for 20-25 min. Cool before cutting into squares. Can be made vegan by using vegan chocolate chips Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
