Ingredients
28 oz. can ground tomatoes32 oz fat free beef, vegetable or chicken broth1/4 head cabbage, shreddedmedium onion, quartered, sliced thin1/3 c carrots, medium chop10 oz pkg. frozen spinach, thawed1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper1/2 tsp dried basil3/4 tsp. dried oregano4 large cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all in slow cooker. You can choose to cook on high (3-4 hrs) or low (8-10 hrs), depending on the amount of time you have. Adjust seasonings and serve. Optional: sprinkle with fat free grated parmesan cheese just before you eat. Makes 8 generous servings.
