1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Lemon juice 6 serving Bumble Bee Minced Clams, 1/4cup/56g 1 cup Parsley
Dice the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft.
Add clams and lemon juice and simmer over low heat until heated through. Add HALF of the parsley to the skillet. Reserve the rest of the parsley to sprinkle over each bowl when serving.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 - 1 cup servings
