Mocha Quia Banana Morning jar

Ingredients
2 tbsp Q'ia Chia, Buckwheat & hemp cereal 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 0.5 cup Dahi plain yogurt 2% 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
1. Add the cereal to the coffee. Stir and let sit for 5 min. Stir again before putting in the fridge - overnight.
2. In the morning - chop the banana.
3. Add banana and yogurt to the cereal. Mix well and enjoy!
