Low Carb Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 stick of Kerrygold butter, melted1 cup of Organic flax seed meal1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, gratedGarlic salt 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 4 oz each)1/2 jar of Barilla Roasted Garlic Spaghetti sauce (or your favorite)1 8 oz bag of Italian 6 cheese blend
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 with cooking spray.
2. Melt butter but let it be cool enough to touch.
3. Combine flax seed meal, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
4. Dip each thigh piece in the butter, then in the flax seed/parm cheese mixture. Place in the 9x13.
5. Top each piece with the spaghetti sauce.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Then top with cheese. Put in for another 15 minutes.
