Flaxseed Meal Frozen Fruit Drink

Ingredients
1 small banana1/2 c. frozen wild blueberries1 c. frozen strawberries1 T. Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal8 oz. light vanilla soy milk1 T. Honey1/2 c. low fat plain yogurt
Directions
Place banana, blueberries and strawberries in blender. Pour in soy milk. Blend on high setting. While blending, add honey, yogurt, and meal. Continue to blend until smooth. Enjoy!
