32 fl oz Water, tap 1 fruit without seeds Lemons, juiced 0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground pinch of Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Boil water and add ingredients. Drink 8 oz in morning, afternoon and evening.
