Chicken with Mushrooms & Balsamic Cream Sauce

5 serving Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4oz per serv.) 340 grams Mushrooms, fresh 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 tbsp Balsemic Vinegar (by MBENN1526) .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .0260 cup Corn Starch
Cook chicken in skillet until browned.
Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, and shallot and saute until mushrooms get soft, about 3 minutes
Add broth and vinegar, simmer for 2 minutes
Mix milk and starch separately, then add to skillet
Simmer until sauce thinkens
It is ok to prepare mushroom mix and balsamic mix ahead and store in refrigerator
