Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw907.0 Grams Margarine, soft2.0 cup Granulated Sugar8.0 oz raw walnuts4.0 serving Craisin dried cranberries2.75 cup Streit's Passover Cake Meal (Matzah)12.0 tbsp Manischewitz Potato Starch0.5 tsp Kosher Salt170.0 gram(s) Mishpacha Kosher Chocolate Chips
Directions
Cream 2 c Sugar with soft margarine. Add 1 egg at a time. beating after each. Sift together Cake Meal, Slat Potato Starch. Mix in to creamed sugar/margarine. Fold in mixture of chocolate bits/broken walnuts/cranberries & cherries (if using). Wet hands & mold into 2 or 3 loaves. Will spread. Sprinkle w/ sugar & cinnamon. Bake in Preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serving Size: Makes 28 1/2 inch slices
