Roasted Asparagus with Artichoke Hearts and Parmesan

Ingredients
1 lb Asparagus6.5 oz jar Marinated Artichokes, drained2 clove Garlic, minced1 Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain artichoke hearts and add to large bowl with mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Then add the asparagus and mix well.

Place on a cookie sheet (I place them on a piece of crinkled aluminum foil to avoid cleaning up any mess). Bake for 15 min. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
