Kale Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
3 cup, chopped Kale 3 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 large Apples, fresh with skinshallots - to taste .25 cup (not packed) Raisins 4 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
Directions
Chop and mix together the salad (iceberg and kale).
Chop half the apple and the shallot, add to the salad.

Soak the raisins in the vinegar for about 10 min. IN food processor, puree the raisins, vinegar and the apple together. Add salt and pepper if desired. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
