35.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh30.0 Grams Peas, frozen40.0 Grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)3.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)1.0 serving English Muffin- Thomas' English Muffin Light0.33 serving banquet sausage
Directions
Toast English muffin. In 1 cup pyrex dish or microwave safe sandwich sized bowl, combine egg and other ingredients in small diced pieces. Season with garlic powder, pepper and dill weed. Microwave on high for about a minute and a half. Assemble sandwich and enjoy. Serving Size: Makes one breakfast sandwich
