Toast English muffin. In 1 cup pyrex dish or microwave safe sandwich sized bowl, combine egg and other ingredients in small diced pieces. Season with garlic powder, pepper and dill weed. Microwave on high for about a minute and a half. Assemble sandwich and enjoy.
