Banana Flax bread

Ingredients
3 bananas 1/2 c sugar2 eggs 1/3 c butter or shortening1 1/2 c flour1/4 c ground flax2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda2 Tbsp milk1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Cream bananas, sugar, and shortening.
Add in eggs, one at a time, then dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.

Preheat oven to 350 and lightly oil a bread pan.
Pour in batter and bake until golden and cooked
through.

Allow to cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan.

Dust with powdered sugar and wrap in foil, then refrigerate until totally cooled ( 4 hours or overnight)

Makes 1 loaf - apx. 12 servings
