4 cup, diced Rhubarb 3 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 47.99 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend (by JDADDY73) 6 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend (by JDADDY73) .33 cup Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour (by CPFLOREK) 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour (by CPFLOREK) 1 tbsp Lemon Peel 1 cup, dry, yields Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Salt 5.333 serving Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp
Heat oven 375*
Combine strawberries and rhubarb in bowl.
Combine sugar, 1/4 c. flour, and lemon peel in small bowl.
Sprinkle over fruit. Toss to coat.
Transfer to 9 inch square baking pan.
Combine oats, brown sugar, 1/3 c. Flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in butter til crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 min or until filling is bubbly and topping is lightly browned. Serve at room temp or warm.
