Indian curry sauce

Ingredients
1.50 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 3 clove Garlic 0.80 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Sweat onion 5 minutes in butter. Add salt. Add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add 2 lbs. cubed raw chicken. Cook until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add spices, tomato sauce, cream and yogurt. Bring to a boil, drop heat and simmer 40 minutes uncovered. Makes 4-6 servings of chicken and 8-10 servings sauce.
