8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 3 large Hard Boiled Egg 2.5 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) .5 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 150 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 90 grams Onions, raw 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 4 tbsp Salad Dressing, Ken's Steakhouse, Lite Asian Sesame w/ Ginger & Soy Dressing
1. Finely chop lettuce and spinach leaves together
2. Drain juice
3. Chop into pieces (3) hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, onions, scallions, cilantro and chicken breast
4. shake and stir together evenly
5. add 4 tbs of lite asian sesame ginger and soy dressing
6. Stir evenly
7. divide contents evenly in half for two servings.
Serving Size: Makes 2 medium sized bowls
