Ingredients
15 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 300 grams Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Lasagna (by ELLEHMAN) (12 Pieces)1260 grams Hunt’s Pasta Sauce Chunky Vegetable (by SEDUKKTRA) (2 Cans)1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh -chopped or shredded6 serving Cheese, Great Value, Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese, 1/3c (28g) (2cups)1 1/2 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cook and drain pasta. In a bowl combine ricotta,spinach, eggs, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce in a 13x9 baking pan. Layer with 3 lasagna pieces, 1/3 the ricotta mixture, 1/4 cheese blend 1/4 pasta sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining lasagna, sauce and cheese. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.
