Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
1 lb yams1 red bell pepper1 can garbanzo beans2 small baked potatoes1 small onion1 lemon1/2 cup lowfat Indian yogurt1/4 cup Siva's Tandoori Paste1/2 cup coconut cream
Directions
Cut vegetables into small pieces, pour Tandoori paste over vegetables, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and blend vegetables with yogurt and coconut milk. Serve over rice, or chicken to make it un-vegetarian.
