2 cup Flour, white 0.5 tsp Great Value Iodized Salt (by VCRUSHFAN) 2 tsp Baking Powder 8 tbsp Smart Balance - Butter Spread - Original (by CELESTIALBEAUTY) .75 cup Granulated Sugar 2 serving Eggs - Hard Boiled Whites - 1 Large Egg 1 cup great value fat free milk 0% fat .3333 tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
preheat oven to 375f or 150c; line muffin cups with papers.
cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. beat in eggs one at a time.
add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with milk beat well; stir in vanilla.
divide evenly among pans and bake for 18 minutes. let cool in pans.
