Greek Salad

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 tsp. oregano1/4 of a small onion, sliced thin2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 1 long English cucumber, chopped with peel1 1/2 cups sweet peppers, chopped100 grams Feta Cheese 14 small Black OlivesSalt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix olive oil, vinegar, oregano and sliced onion in a large bowl and let sit while you chop the rest of the vegetables (the onion pickles a bit in the vinegar, which makes it milder). Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and peppers and add to the bowl. Add the feta cheese and olives. Season with salt and pepper and toss together.
