Beef and Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
16 serving Mission 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla (1 tortilla) 32 oz Ground beef 16 oz Kraft 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese 13 serving old el paso enchilada sauce mild green chile (by LONESTAR508)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray extra large casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread just enough enchilada sauce in pan to cover bottom and set aside.
Brown ground beef; drain. Remove from heat and add half the cheese and half the enchilada sauce. Stir.
Place about 1/3 cup meat mixture on tortilla and roll up. Place in casserole dish seam side down. Repeat until you have made all the enchiladas.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
