1.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork (spicy hot)0.75 cup Oats, Quaker1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
Mix ingredients together except oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Roll into balls. Heat oil in pan, brown meatballs, place meatballs in baking dish, bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes at 350 degrees
