3 cup Spaghetti Squash 3 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 12 serving Great Value Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim) 6 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese 3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 5 serving Butterball Italian Sweet Turkey Sausage 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933) 2 tsp Garlic powder 15 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
Preheat oven to 350.Cook and prep spaghetti squash. Allow to cool to room temp. Mix squash with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, parm, egg beaters, all but 1/2 c mozzarella and all seasonings. In a sprayed 9x13, cover bottom of dish with 1/2 c of the marinara. Layer 1/2 of squash, half ricotta mixture, all 5 sausage links, diced, and half of the marinara. Layer 2/3 of remaining squash, all remaining ricotta mix, 2/3 remaining marinara, remaining squash, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella. Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 min. After removing from the oven, let it rest/set-up for 5-10 min.
