2 1/2 pounds of Lean Beef Stew Meat1 Large Onion (Chopped)2 Tablespoons of Kosher Salt2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning2 Cartons of Low-Sodium Beef Broth8 Butter Gold Potatoes (Skins on and cubed)6 Carrots (Cleaned and Peeled)
Saute beef cubes and chopped onion until meat is cooked through. Add one carton of beef broth and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and carrots. Add enough broth to cover meat and vegetables. Add salt and steak seasoning. Cover and let simmer for 2 1/2 hours
