Loaded Cauliflower Bake

2.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 cup Sour Cream 0.75 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 3 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices Salt and Pepper to taste
chop cooked cauliflower into small pieces
In bowl, add sour cream, half the (green onions) scallion tops, half the shredded cheese and half the bacon. Stir in the Cauliflower. spread in small greased pan. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bacon.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden. Spinkle the rest of the onions right before serving
