Crock Pot Chile Verde with Pork, 4 oz

Ingredients
16 oz Center cut pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes1 cup Onion, chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped1 Tbsp Chili Powder, ground1 tsp Cumin, ground1 pinch Cayenne1 pinch Cinnamon1 Clove Garlic, minced16 oz Jar Herdez salsa verde
Directions
Over medium-high heat, cook cubed pork until brown
Add onions, chopped peppers and garlic, cook until onions are transparent
Simmer over medium-low for 15 minutes.
Place pork in Crock Pot, then pour the salsa over all.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours; or on Low fo 8-10 hours
