Orange Curd

Ingredients
1 cup Butter, unsalted 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.3 cup Orange juice, fresh 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Whisk eggs, orange juice, zest, and sugar on medium heat for 20 minutes until thick. Whisk constantly to avoid burning. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, mix well. Chill.
