Ingredients
6 Chicken Tenders1 egg white1 tsp milk2 Tbs dry mustard2 Tbs Onion flakes1 cup Reduced calorie Cheez-its crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Mix egg white and milk in small bowl. Mix dry mustard, onion flakes and cheez-its in shallow dish. Dip chicken tenders in milk mixture first and then in crumb mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
