Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1.5 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 3 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
Directions
heat oil in skillet. chop onion and then saute until sweet. Add pepper, chopped until somewhat soft. Microwave bacon and add to skillet. Meanwhile, beat eggs and then add to skilled. Cook until done.
