7.0 serving Mission 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla (1 tortilla)2.0 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)5.0 serving isernio''s chicken sausage links7.0 serving Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1/4 cup)5.0 serving Cheese (Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Scramble egg substitute to desired firmness. Add bell pepper and onion. In a seperate pan brown sausage. Combine sausage and egg in bowl. Lay 7 tortillas out flat and fill each with equal servings of the egg and sausage mixture. Sorinkle with cheese and then fold into burritos. Once cooled down you can place in freezer. To reheat wrap one burrito in a paper towel and place in microwave for one minute each side.
