Ingredients
8 oz Explore Asian Gluten Free Organic Edamame %26 Mung Bean Fettuccine shape pasta (by QUEENLADY2008) 1 cup Cherry Tomatos 2 serving Black Forest Ham, Kirkland Signature from smoked hams - 3 slices (by ALOUICIOUS) 1 large Scallions, raw 6 tbsp Cilantro, raw 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 3 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime .5 tsp Cumin seed .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat salt and pepper to taste

SALAD:
pasta, tom's, ham ( diced cooked to crispy), onion (thinly sliced), 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro, I diced avocado, I tsp lime fresh juice

cook pasta according to direction. rinse w cold water and drain
toss w avocado and lime together
now combine mixture w pasta...
finally toss in dressing...

DRESSING:
1 avocado, juice from 1/2 a fresh lime, 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup buttermilk, salt and pepper to taste

place ALL dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! super easy!
