Ingredients
1 cup Baby Spinach (Organic) .5 cup, seedless Grapes 13 gram(s) Chia Fresh Ground Chia Seed 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients into nutrition extractor blender. You may use a frozen banana, bottled water and 1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon. If you do not use a frozen banana, use ice cubes for a frothy smoothie.
