Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 clove Garlic 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.02 cup Cornstarch 16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1.5 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Heat wok with oil and saute garlic for 5 seconds. Add ground beef and stir-fry until browned evenly. Stir in cabbage and red bell pepper and cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in soy sauce. Mix together cornstarch and water, and stir in. Season with black pepper. Cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened.
