Raspberry Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Raspberries 6 tsp Splenda 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Soften cream cheese
using mixer cream until creamy. Add Raspberries blending thoroughly.
Add Heavy whipping cream and vanilla.
Blend until it becomes whipped in texture
add splenda or other sweetner.
blend again.
This can be put into individual containers or in a larger covered bowl for serving later.
refrigerate.
