Pork Barbeque

Ingredients
1 3lb pork picnic roasted, cooled and shredded1 large onion minced1 cup celery minced8 Tbsp chili sauce2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce1/2 c sweet pickle relish
Directions
Roast pork picnic. Cool and shred.

Spray large pot with cooking spray and saute minced onion and celery until translucent. Add the shredded pork and the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and transfer to crock pot. Cook on low for 2 hours until hot.

Makes approx 24 1/2 cup servings.

    I would just ad preferences on roasting the pork and maybe suggest a rub for that. Also, a suggestion of what to serve it with or on like a whole wheat roll or rice might assist in selling the dish. - 3/23/09
