Natasha's Cinnamon Mocha Protein Cake

Ingredients
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 serving Vega Sport Performance Protein Powder Mocha, 43g 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Cream of Tarter 4 tbsp 365 Psyllium Husk4 tbsp Gelatin Zint 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Lightly grease 8inch glass pan with olive oil. Bake 350 for 20 min or so.
