Mme McG Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1/4 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt 1/3 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats Canada 6 cup, chopped Rhubarb 1/8 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 tsp Becel light margarine 1 serving cooking spray (5 sprays)
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2) Combine rhubarb, 1/2 of the sugar, 1/2 the flour, salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a medium bowl. Spread into an 11 X 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. 3) Combine remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon, oats, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Add Becel and work with your hands until coated. Spread over rhubarb mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
