340 gram GF Sweet Shop Graham style crust (pie crust)30grams=3 tablespoons/1 box 11 servings 28 oz Nasoya organic extra firm tofu 3oz=85grams 48 tsp Granulated sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 tsp Salt 61 gram(s) Great Value Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 cup=122grams 6 tsp great value lemon juice
Directions
Press instant gf graham crust into 9 inch spring form pan. Drain tofu and cube. Mix with the remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Preheat oven to 350. Bake on a rimmed cookie sheet for 20-30 minutes. Cool on the counter and chill in the fridge.
