Low-fat Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
3-4 cloves Garlic4 cups thinly sliced Zucchini.5 oz. Broccoli1/2 cup Red Onion6 jumbo Black Olives, chopped8 oz. Linguini1 oz. Toasted Bread Crumbs
Directions
Boil a large pot of water, then add pasta. Meanwhile saute garlic in oil for 1 1/2 minutes, or till golden. Add zucchini, broccoli and red onion. Cook on low till soft. Drain pasta when A'dente. Save a few ounces of pasta water adding to pan of vegtables. Add pasta, and olives. Plate it in a serving dish. As a final touch, add toasted bread crumbs over top of dish. Makes six, 1 cup servings.
